 * correct REMAP_GRID to latlon in para_config, it was incorrectly set to
 gaussian.
 * Default levels in global_chgres_driver.sh is now 65 following Fanglin
 Yang's updates. Replace the "test" statement with implicit "if" statements
 when checking for ATMANL files.
 * Remove calc_increment.fd building from build_all
