 Regression test is done on theia and cray.

 Changes are:

 -Correct executable name in builds.sh
 -Change forecast time to 48 hours
 -Use nccmp -d to compare data fields in two netcdf files (no attributes
 comparison)
 -Add arguments to diff_baseline.sh to set resolution and machine in
 diff_baseline.sh
 -Remove variable seting in theia module files for remap
 -Move the line to find mpirun command after module load
 -Improved formatting of the readme.txt
