 Dear All,

 Rahul Majajan added cycling capability of running FV3GFS with Rocoto
 workflow.  Please see ticket
 https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/fv3gfs/ticket/11 for the detail.  Note
 that so far it only works with the non-NEMS FV3 model since the stochastic
 perturbation and analysis increment updates from GSD are yet to be added
 to the NEMS FV3.  The vrfy and arch steps still need some work.  I have
 run a few forecast-only experiments using the existing psub/pend-based
 workflow, and they are working fine with the updates.  Thanks Rahul for
 putting the cycling workflow together.

 The branch  https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/fv3gfs/branches
 /commit_EXP-cyc will be reintegrated to the trunk at noon on Wednesday,
 April 25th. Please review the ticket and the branch, add address your
