 The
 [https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/fv3gfs/browser/branches/black/fv3gfs/global_shared.v15.0.0/ush/fv3gfs_driver_grid.sh?rev=90988
 fv3gfs_driver_grid.sh] script (at r90988) was then tested on Luna for the
 'nested', 'uniform' and 'stretch' cases.  All tests ran to completion.
 All orography files were spot checked using Grads (not all fields) and
 looked correct.

 The test was then repeated on Theia.  To run on Theia, the script was
 modified slightly:
