 * Remove unused `OMP_NUM_THREADS_CH` variable from `fv3gfs_driver_grid.sh`
 and `fv3gfs_driver_grid_wrapper_cray.sh`.

 * Correct how threads are being set in the `aprun` command in
 `fv3gfs_driver_grid_wrapper_cray.sh`.  Only affected the 'stretched' and
 'uniform' cases.
