[Ncep.list.cpcopcwpc-rfcmemo] clarification re: CCB meeting time

Hi All,

  When I sent out the CCB agendas last week, I forgot to account for DST
starting yesterday.  Just to clarify -- the CPC NHC OPC WPC CCB is still at
1:00 pm ET on Thursdays, but that's now 1700Z, not 1800Z as I had in the
agenda.
