Hi All,

  NCWCP is having power issues in half of the building, including the
conference room where we hold our weekly CCBs.  The phone, monitor, and PC
are all down at this time.  I'm waiting for guidance from my bosses as to
what we should do.  NCO is working to restore power as we speak.

  I'm on the side of the building that has power, which is why I can send
this email!
