[Ncep.list.cpcopcwpc-rfcmemo] correction to one item in the RFC memo

Hi All,

  The version number associated with NCO RFC #862 in the memo I sent out
earlier today is incorrect.  The correct version number for the Great Lakes
Wave model is v3.3.6.
