<div dir="ltr"><div><div>All:<br><br></div>The below is an excerpt from the most recent NHC's verification report for the 2017 season.<br><br></div>Cheers, Avichal.<br><div><br>>><br><br>An analysis of HMNI’s performance suggests that adding that model to the IVCN and ICON consensus aids should<br>improve those models, and therefore,<span style="background-color:rgb(0,255,0)"> HMNI is being included in the intensity consensus models for 2018</span>. In addition, <br>for 2018 EMNI and <span style="background-color:rgb(0,255,0)">HMNI are being added to the multi-model track consensus for the east Pacific (TVCE).<br></span><br>Two new consensus aids are being created for 2018. A track consensus model (TVDG) that includes a double- weight <br>of GFSI, EMXI, and EGRI and normal weight for regional models CTCI and HWFI is new for 2018.
