The Blue Book editor just sent out a message asking for 2019 contributions
- and I see she sent it directly to the 2018 contributors.  EMC people *should
NOT* send contributions directly to WGNE.  They need to reviewed and
approved by EMC management first.  I'll find out what our EMC review
deadline is & let you know.  We'll have a google folder available for
anyone who plans to write a contribution.
