Also, use the workflow, especially on WCOSS. The part of scripts (input.py)
that pulling data from HPSS is using multi-processes (thanks to Sam), and
it is relatively quick, except RTOFS. Currently the rtofs_input.py is not
coded correctly, particularly for the 2017 41 level RTOFS.  It is better to
leave RTOFS on the disk for now, until we modify the code.
