     HREFv3 <https://www.emc.ncep.noaa.gov/users/meg/hrefv3/> was
implemented into operations yesterday morning, and this webinar provides an
opportunity for users to learn about the performance of the new version.

*Logan Dawson and Geoff Manikin*  will discuss what's included in this
upgrade and review the MEG HREFv3 evaluation from last spring/summer.
