[meg.infolist.announce] GEFS plumes

       Since many members of the MEG audience are users of the GEFS plumes
web site, I'm letting you know that the site has been moved to
        https://www.emc.ncep.noaa.gov/users/meg/gefs_plumes/

I apologize for the need to update links, but by moving the site to a
generic 'meg' path instead of a path that points to a directory of a
specific EMC staff member, it will eliminate the need going forward for
users to switch paths when there is a change in the person who runs the
scripts to generate the graphics.     Alicia Bentley (
alicia.bentley at noaa.gov) will be the new POC for this page.
