[Idp_madis_users] MADIS Data outage (partially) in 03/24/2019 from 8:30 am to 12 pm MDT

There is scheduled GSD system maintenance for 03/24/19 from 8:30 AM to
12:00 pm MDT that will impact MADIS products include:  Acars, AcarsProfile,
Mesonet, MAP, HF-ASOS, E470, NE-MESO, GADOT, NYSM, INDOT, ITD, KSDOT,
MADOT, MEDOT, MIDOT, MODOT, NHDOT, VADOT, VTDOT, WIDOT, WVDOT, MAP, NMSD60,
AK-Meso, GPSIPW_CSV_gpsmet, HF-METAR, NDDOT.  By the way, HADS and AFWS
products should not be impacted this time. We apologize for the
