[Idp.gis.support] Access to GeoServer Production VMs

Ricardo,

Once the FY14 milestones have been reached, then the procedure would entail
the tech committee rep handing things over to the GIS Contractors (to be
precise, they are not technically NCO, although will be working closely
with NCO) for production deployment. However, right now we are faced with
a few unique circumstances:

   - Bill Press is on leave this week
   - Bill is the only one (of 3) contract positions that has been filled.
It was always the plan on having myself and the other members of the Core
Team (Ken Ward and Nipa Parikh) fill in for those roles until they can be
   filled.

Thanks.
