Tom,

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.  As the automated message said, I
was on forecast this past week.  We might want to wait until the week of
Labor Day just because we will have our full complement of contractors on
board by then, as well as having time to invite a few people from some
other projects we are closely working with in regards to this task.  Does
that work for you and your team?
